1. By submitting a form, you hereby give your consent to Marketing Makers LLC, Evergreen, Colorado to process the following personal data:

2. Name, surname, company name, telephone number and e-mail must be processed in order to process your inquiry or request. This data will be processed by the Administrator for the probable duration of your interest (maximum 5 years) or for the duration of the cooperation.

• Wedos Internet as – data from the inquiry form can be temporarily stored on the server so that we can solve possible problems with robots and the mail server.
• Atlassian Pty Ltd. – We use Confluence and Jira software from Atlassian to work with tasks and documentation.
• Alternatively, other providers of processing software, services and applications, which the company does not currently use.

5.  Please note that according to CCPA you have the right to:

• withdraw consent at any time,
• request information from us about your personal data,
• request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
• request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
• request the deletion of this personal data from us,
• If you have any doubts about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, please contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.

6.  I agree that when you submit the contact form, the Google reCAPTCHA service will be launched to verify that you are not a robot. By submitting, you also agree  to the Google Privacy Policy  and  Terms of Service .
